The Fungi enjoyed his stay at Bakersfield RV Resort, but it’s time to hit the road. Headed to the Palm Springs area.  These drivers are crazy out here.  But the weather’s great, and Fungi is enjoying the scenery. There sure are a lot more Windmills on the road to Palm Springs than the last time we drove through here.

We arrived at the Palm Springs/Joshua Tree KOA after about 4 hours of driving.  The hottubs are filled with natural Mineral Water.  Fungi (& Fungirl?) benefit from Natural Hotspring Mineral Water in Desert Hot Springs, CA after scarfing down pizza from Rocky’s New York style pizza. Yum!

Time to get a good night’s rest, then on to Phoenix, AZ tomorrow.
